Love the company, bright future ahead - Senior Manager Ascend Performance Materials Employee Review

This is hands down the best company I have every worked for (since '91). We sell a quality product in high demand and Ascend's senior leadership is solid from Phil on down. Ascend invests in our prof. development and is steadily increasing benefits, e.g. paid parking or metro pass, very good health insurance, dollar-for-dollar match on the 401k, etc. What I look for in a company and find at Ascend is the opportunity to be challenged and make a difference. We work hard and expectations are high so it is not for everyone, but compensation is more than fair.
