      Pros

      I interned with Ascend. Pays well and very positive work environment, they invest very much into the intern program.

      Cons

      When I first arrived at Ascend the pace was rather slow. It would be nice if I was given more projects or longer term projects so I didn't have so much down time.

      - 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

      Cons

      - Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
