Pros
As the title says the environment is great. The values of the company are known throughout the company and are followed. They give back to the community and have community events for volunteering. The stand behind setting safety at the front of all priorities. Their overall benefits are the best I have seen. The company is in a growth state and expanding all over the world.
Cons
Working on the project engineering and construction side, we work a lot with the expansion of the plants. This comes with working a lot with the older areas of plants. With Covid-19 there has been some set back to the company involvement and events.
