Pros

It is easy to stay busy and easy to get involved in what could be considered business critical activities. The company seems open to rapid change (though often at the detriment of long term planning).

Cons

It's like walking into a time machine. The work force isn't engaged and won't embrace technology past the early 80's, the management technique is textbook lead by intimidation, and the underlying sexism at the office is so pervasive it's almost sickening.

Pros

- 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

Cons

- Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
