Pros

It's a job. Get your experience and get the hell out of there.

Cons

Bonus is a joke. If we make it a top 5 record profit year and get a bonus that is less than half a day of OT (haha what's OT anymore, am I right?), it is a slap in the face, when the plant right next good pays out 10-20% of gross yearly income of each employee, for maintaining the standard.

Our people's career development is one of our highest priorities. This year we launched Ascend University with both online and in-person training for both technical and leadership skills, and we relaunched our mentoring program. Last year, we published our 2030 Vision, a set of nine sustainability targets, and two of the goals are related to career development. Our leaders are people too. Pros

- 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

Cons

- Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
