When you join, you will realize two things immediately. The top management is terrible at communication and worst at workload management. Each employee is stressed, exhausted, and hoping to get away. You will feel that way too. Nothing will change for the better as the upper management avoids changing anything. So, either you get stuck or get far, far away. People are choosing the latter.
