Slowly killing the company - Operations Ascend Performance Materials Employee Review

Company claims they're competitive with pay but they’re not. Every plant around pays more and has a bonus. No one even knows what a bonus is here. We used to have great health benefits but now next year they are forcing us into horrible health benefits and everyone is leaving from operations to engineers and upper management does not care. They still think that this place can run of procedures alone!
