Where to begin? - Health insurance premiums were put onto employees to save company money, so they are now 4x what they were historically - Overtime is up dramatically to compensate for losing employees - Lack of experienced engineers to provide meaningful support - Overspend on an outage intended to keep us reliable, come out of it less reliable than before - HR and communications run a propaganda campaign full of lies - can’t take vacation because of forced OT - company values include suing former customers to lose all potential future business to try and keep the lights on today - the list could go on forever
