Pros
The additions to the leadership team within the organization is providing direction needed for continued growth at Ascend. Yes, there have been changes and we are not doing things "the way we always have," but the direction the Company is going is towards sustained growth. There have been a lot of opportunities recently for employees to take on new roles or a larger scope within their current role.
Cons
The company is now over 6 years old. Some of the changes being made are ones you'd expect closer to the acquisition date. Although they are necessary changes for the betterment of the organization, employees need to understand what is occurring and why.
