      Ascend Cares Foundation - created to help Employees in need; Sponsorship of Habitat for Humanity, building numerous houses for those in need. Working with your fellow employees to do something like this is even better!!! and on going support of the Houston Food bank. This is a company of people who care, not to mention ongoing support of Genesys Works.

      - 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

      Cons

      - Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
