      nothing really, unless you count coffee mug and t-shirts pros

      Cons

      This place is really bad place to work because of two reasons. 1. Houston office thinks everyone in plant is slave labor in a seat shop and pays them less 2. The leadership disproportionately favors people from their circle (Celanese Chemicals). If you are a bright chemical engineer, this is not a place for you

      - 401k match is above industry standard - New CEO doing things differently. Seems to be working so far. - Refreshed focus on plant reliability - No longer going after pipe dream projects with no immediate benefits. - Good base pay

      - Lots of turnover, doing more with less - Still recovering from CH11 - No real bonus in years
