      Periodic check-ins & new-hire advice, encouragement & offers to cover costs to pursue further training, very friendly and approachable with issues.

      Cons

      Mostly hands-off, you essentially work for whichever company you are assigned to and only interact with Ascending once every couple months aside from pay/HR stuff. Whether that's a significant con will depend on the person and company.

      Everything! People, leadership, opportunity, culture...all is amazing. A collaborative group of people, all working hard and all willing to step up and help without being asked. From the founders down to the Administrative roles, everyone is amazing. I forgot for a long time what enjoying work meant, and I re-found it at Ascending,
