Food is good at the cost of INR 20 per day. Transport facility is also good with minimal cost. Admin, Finance and IT Support department are good and process oriented.
Cons
Ascendum is Recruitment Agency rather than software development company . Recruitment/HR team providing wrong information before joining of new employees. Head of HR cabin is a call center, where you will hear loud noise while on personal call. HR Head Role is undefined and unknown. Only show-offs. HR processes are not followed as documented and not revised since very long time. Management is completely driven in monopoly version. Service Delivery Management is too bad. Appraisal process is not transparent like other IT companies. No job security. Completely HIRE & FIRE policy.
