Pros
Work from home. Which is the majority of companies nowadays. PTO. Which you end up using because you are entirely burned out and fed up with company.
Cons
Merit raises. Apparently 2% is acceptable with the current inflation rate. Pay rate. Incredibly low and many associates who have been with the company over 10 years need to go to food banks and work multiple jobs to make ends meet.
