Pros
I like that they listen to what employees have to say about anything. They are very caring and understanding most of the time unless there is a deadline coming up. They want to help us out but sometimes it doesn’t work out.
Cons
Work life balance is not good when there is a deadline coming up. They use old technologies so they do monthly releases which is not very agile. And if a deadline comes up, we would need to get it done or else we would make our clients unhappy by making them wait another month. Experienced lots of burnout during these times. Also there’s not much fun working here since most people keep to themselves and not really talk much about ourselves other than work related stuff. It would be hard to have friends here.
