      - Many great, hardworking people, especially from recent acquisitions.

      Cons

      - Requiring return to the office after assuring people multiple times they would never be required to return. - Moving away from results-based development to time-based. Creating artificial deadlines as a means to motivate people to work faster and deprioritize quality. - Becoming less transparent with more levels of management.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
