Pros

Loved the brand and laid back work style. "Come to work. Do your job. Customers know what they want so there's no need to be a pushy salesperson."

Cons

Upper management can turn work into a political high school environment. Favorites are played no matter your work ethic. Its ok for other people to walk into work 2 hours late but if you're 2 minutes late you get the corrective.

- Everyone is easy-going and fun to work with; it's a tight-knit staff but they are very welcoming - have control over the music aux - the customers are regulars, so there is a lot of community-rooted - It's a very easy job, easy task, and just always something to do

- the pay could be more
