Cons
Not saying everything is great but can be if acted quickly on below points. otherwise there can be consequences. Hire those position that's add value to team and where there is actual requirement in project. Rather than hiring 10 fresher think about 4 experience + 2 fresher employee. this combination will be more effective in longer run. overall it saves onboarding and training time for existing employee and increase productivity. Looks like some people hired just to attend meetings and mail forwarding and taking status from team. Is it really necessary? what's his reporting person doing then? Got recent salary hike even after salary not justifiable comparable to what's given to freshers. Not going to ask for it! not gonna cry for it just going to switch. not giving value employee even after you reading this !need to act to it rather than empty words. Management is asking to come forward but it breaks anonymity of employee. Nobody's going to come forward openly address for this issues. you have to identify yourself. because some employee's have good relations with overall management and company and and honestly what's guarantee that wont affect them. giving your words doesn't matter because you are never going to say those things openly that jeopardize your friendship. Advice keep friendship outside workspace this is business think of every employee as colleagues and respect them.
