It feels like the board are trying to force employees to quit by making the environment untenable (no salary increases, 5-days in office, no working abroad, no expenses, no events, no socials, no perks). There's also no leadership in the UK office, with the CEO being in the US and rarely speaking with the team. No management presentations or town halls (maybe 1 per year) so no real direction. No HR, no marketing and no operations teams. The investors seem to just want to squeeze out sales before selling the company.
