AVOID this company like the plague - Anonymous employee Asite Employee Review

Administrative: 1. No performance review process 2. No salary increases 3. No sick pay 4. One person on the General Counsel decides whether you can take a vacation and disregards all line managers comments. 5. You must come in to office 5 times a week and the same one person on the general council looks at what time people are clocking in. If you come a few minutes later than 9 am you are considered absent from the office. 6. No system for recording and paying for overtime work, the company does not care whether you work overtime or not. 7. No HR , the company just expects you to know their policies. Technical: 1. All the technical team are based out of India and takes months for anything to get done 2. No formal technical training of using the software from a consultant point of view 3. Asite uses a groovy script system that is not very dynamic and difficult to properly integrate with other software. The software itself is very convoluted and sometimes requires switching back to legacy mode just to get to some basic features Operations: 1. No operations team, they tend to resign very quickly! 2. No cohesion with 3D Repo which was acquired Feb 2023
