Pros
The NYC offices are possibly the most beautiful, most luxurious and most well equiped offices you can find in NYC. Every Friday in July and August you get to go home at 2pm. Good size company, sometimes it still feels like a startup. But they have the financial resources of an established company. Upper management is easily approachable.
Cons
Don't believe the 'digital snacks' spiel. They make 95% of their money from toolbars. It is not fun to explain to your friend engineers 'what your company does'. Technically not very stimulating. Most projects are toolbars, widgets or very simple websites or mobile apps. Management doesn't like to take risks. No clear direction. Management likes to start new projects and kill them off if they are not profitable after 12 months. If your projects gets killed off you get either fired or moved to a different team.
