Pros
Great team and we're all pretty tight with a rapidly forming culture in which we help each other strive to become better and step in to help when/where needed. This was/is my first Tech job but I was able to move from being hired as a CSM to finding a niche with tech support to running our entire support system. This lead to my promotion to becoming a Support Engineer. AskNicely supports your individual growth and if there's something you like doing or an area that you have a strength, you have the room to explore and have that grow into additional responsibilities/positions. The other thing I really like about this company is that we're not just sticking to the NPS box. We're looking for new ways to grow that market and different ways of presenting customer feedback that no one else in the NPS space is doing. Very exciting times ahead.
Cons
As a start up things are fast moving and because we're still growing quite a bit there are certain processes that haven't been developed or fine tuned. However we are in the process of changing that before this next hiring wave. Some communication has been a struggle, but I have been impressed with how we've implemented some new things to help with communication and so far it has been a huge improvement and should be fixed up in the coming months.
