Hi there - thanks for taking the time to share your feedback - even the tough-to-read parts. I'm happy to report we're making good progress on many of the point you raise. This week we did a readout of our latest culture survey results (the good stuff AND the tricky bits) to the entire company and, importantly, what we're doing about the "work ons" that our team singled out. 86% of people said they were proud to work at AskNicely - not a perfect score yet but still pretty good! Of course, not everyone feels the same about every aspect so feedback (in all its forms) is super helpful and we'll continue to work on smoothing off the rough edges. Like most companies, there are areas where we need to do better and we're committed to getting a bit better everyday. Our next step is sharing our draft strategic plan which the whole team can contribute to - I'm pretty excited about that too. Thanks for your contribution and all the best for the future. Aaron.
