This company is a poverty wage employer.They refuse to bring wages up to be competitive with other loval call canters. Even HR lying that they don't exist. Serious micro managing right down to the letters that come out of our mouths. I've never worked for a company where morale has dissipaited. CEO doesn't seem to care, or value employess, especially long time employees. Changes made to frequently, and too many at once. Adding contracts while refusing to pay for the extra work load. We're expected to handle thirty plus contracts with zero mistakes. Stay away from this company.
