Disappointing - Anonymous employee Aspira Employee Review

Few opportunities to learn or advance. Scheduling makes it impossible to have any work/life balance. It was not uncommon for me to be scheduled to work a holiday but have both the day before and after off. Pay is low. The communication between teams is poor. Upper management tends to pass down responsibility with little direction or training.
