Cons

Given that it is a non-profit, the level of work that wa required mahbe could have included a higher pay.

Pros

Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Cons

Unexpected executive transitions, losing history and foundation of the agency. Lack of transparency for promotion opportunities. Poor succession planning.
