Pros

Loved working with the THP youth. Had a great support from program Co workers. Supervision and clinical supervision was great at the beginning when I worked there

Cons

Low pay Caseload can run high at times Under appreciated No room for advancements Benefits are extremely high cost

Pros

Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Unexpected executive transitions, losing history and foundation of the agency. Lack of transparency for promotion opportunities. Poor succession planning.
