Making a difference in childrens' lives.

Cons

At sattelite offices you are at the mercy of the District Director, who may or may not, be an ethical or fair person. Their actions are not always known by the top heavy, upper management.

Pros

Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Flexible, good time off benefits - holidays including birthday and floating diversity, vacation accrual. Vision led

Cons

Unexpected executive transitions, losing history and foundation of the agency. Lack of transparency for promotion opportunities. Poor succession planning.
