Pros

Flexible schedule, family friendly, decent vacation time for a non profit, if willing to commute or relocate opportunities for advancement, provision of supervision and group clinical. EAP services free for all staff.

Cons

Lack of annual raises, lack of business sense with a number of staff, environment can be too social thus decreasing ability to be productive, staff turnover is high but can be expected in a social services field, lots of layers of management can slow down processes as agency is statewide.

Pros

Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Flexible, good time off benefits - holidays including birthday and floating diversity, vacation accrual. Vision led

Cons

Unexpected executive transitions, losing history and foundation of the agency. Lack of transparency for promotion opportunities. Poor succession planning.
