Pros

They really live out their mission and values. They really care about children and families. Very comparable wages to other non profits.

Cons

Unfortunately the population is intense, but they use CRM to invest in their staff and reduce secondary trauma and stress.

Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Unexpected executive transitions, losing history and foundation of the agency. Lack of transparency for promotion opportunities. Poor succession planning.
