Pros

1. Supportive working environment amongst the staff 2. Received a variety of trainings to build my professional career. 3. Supervisors were open to hear from staff of new ideas and followed through. 4. Supervisors took care of employees. 5. Aspiranet always wanted to find ways to grow and improve. 6. Got the opportunity to use my sign language skills to assist a family in need.

Cons

The only con I had was when the computers weren’t working when we staff had to get case notes done. But upper management worked hard to make things work and improve.

Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Cons

Unexpected executive transitions, losing history and foundation of the agency. Lack of transparency for promotion opportunities. Poor succession planning.
