Pros of working at Aspiranet include: supportive work environment, supportive manager who listens and promotes growth, benefits, retirement plan, paid time off, sick time, birthday salaried day off, team meetings, leadership shows appreciation to staff in a different way every month, open door policy, so much communication, and overall a great agency doing amazing things to support foster youth, families, TAY, and adults who need additional assistance due to mental illness.

Cons

Limited office space (which can be improved). Higher caps in certain programs for more potential to grow.

Pros

Good company with good team members to work with. My manager and boos was excellent and very flexible compared to to other mangers.

Cons

The pay was not the best. Sometimes work overtime to get work done.

Unexpected executive transitions, losing history and foundation of the agency. Lack of transparency for promotion opportunities. Poor succession planning.
