Pros

Being able to work with clients

Cons

The high caseloads combined with constant micromanagement prioritize client quantity over quality of care. Employee safety in the field is often neglected, which is concerning. Mandatory weekly meetings are unproductive and detract from time that could be spent on client care. Clinical supervision is ineffective, often led by a supervisor who employs bullying tactics rather than providing meaningful guidance. Administrative support is lacking, characterized by passive-aggressive email communication that fails to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Direct supervisors tend to form cliques, excluding other staff members and contributing to a divisive office culture. Compensation is below industry standards, and mileage reimbursement does not align with state-mandated rates. Additionally, the provided electronic equipment is outdated, hindering efficiency and productivity.
