Pros
Support staff are great. But, their moral is incredibly low. The best of them will leave if given the chance.
Cons
Experienced professionals who pride themselves on delivering value to their customers are not going to be happy here. Several years ago, that may have been a mantra at Aspire, but things have changed. The person running the sales and engineering teams got his success through manipulation of numbers and rules. And, he's been rewarded with more responsibility. He has no idea how to lead. The goal, at this point, is to make everything look good on paper so they can get sell the company at top dollar. The only people that stand to benefit are those at the top. And they are secretive and toxic.
