I believe that leadership's mindset of a business defines the company. Above all, Aspire's leadership and culture are focused on customer satisfaction through high quality engineering and partnerships. We establish great supportive relationships with our customers' management and networking teams. Aspire has many repeating customers who are very happy with Aspire and its engineers. After 12 years, I am still very happy to work at Aspire and to make my own contributions to our delivery team.
Cons
Because of Aspire's defined culture, it may be hard to fit in to people who don't share the same cultural values; however, we welcome talented engineers who want to learn and grow technically and professionally.
