Management de-values longevity/experience, making years of experience, a liability. They are looking for ways to decrease costs, but unfortunately go about it by replacing loyal employees with low-cost alternatives. They have facility managers who have no medical background, making it impossible to run an effective staff, or offer support/input.

Organization has growing pains. Processes are inconsistent, broken, or outdated and internal communication is not streamlined.

Traveling Therapists are paid well, full time are not.

Cons

Traveling therapists have a heavier schedule, different patients from day to day, sit in a separate office and in general, are treated with less respect than non-travelers.
