Pay is atrocious and low, management threatens with not being able to justify paying there team or providing earned merit (less then cost of living) and no cost of living increases. No work life balance and little regard for employee mental health. If you get help from your Dr to impose work restrictions- this will be viewed as attitude problem. Management will ask what they can do because they can’t fix something they dont know is broken but when they are told what’s going on what needs to change, excuses are made and employees are ignored. The cycle continues.
