Pros
Financially stable health system means good job security. Culture and coworkers within your own department can be positive depending on area you work. There are a lot of good people who care deeply about their jobs, community, and patients. Most are not in leadership roles.
Cons
Critical processes and systems are not in place . This makes it difficult to do the jobs we are asked to do. Company continues to grow quickly without first getting processes in place. “Figure it out as you go” mentality. Compensation and total rewards are lacking. Less than equitable pay for the responsibility that is expected.
