Pros

Coworkers and leaders who live them. Remote work for most in IT.

Cons

Unethical executive leadership. The ship is sinking and leadership celebrates as people leave in droves. Current CIO is a walking disaster and causing a mass exodus but the organization will do nothing about it. There is no backfilling positions. The organization keeps growing and adding projects but reduces the number of employees to support them. Previous great leaders torn down and/or pushed out. New leaders refuse to listen and acknowledge there is a problem. HR and leaders reference policies that don’t exist and when asked to see they can’t produce. Any and all flexibility was taken away. Staff are expected to be good little soldiers who are to ask how high when the new CTO or CIO say jump. You are labeled a problem if you question it even if being asked to do something unethical. If someone reports it to HR it is swept under the rug. It has become the most toxic place I’ve ever been in.

Collaborative and good environment. People here really seem to care about creating excellent quality care for rural areas.

Cons

Organization has growing pains. Processes are inconsistent, broken, or outdated and internal communication is not streamlined.

Pros

Traveling Therapists are paid well, full time are not.

Cons

Traveling therapists have a heavier schedule, different patients from day to day, sit in a separate office and in general, are treated with less respect than non-travelers.
