Pros

I worked with some great peers and fostered some professional connections.

Cons

Unethical HR Practices: I witnessed multiple instances of unethical and potentially illegal HR activities, which were deeply concerning and influenced by decision to leave the organization. Poor Management: The management team lacks accountability and often fails to address critical issues. CEO Priorities: The CEO seems more focused on financial growth than on employee satisfaction and well-being. Benefits: The benefits offered are subpar compared to industry standards. Employee Treatment: Employees are often treated poorly, with little regard for their contributions or well-being. Lack of Growth Opportunities: There are very few opportunities for professional growth and development. Overall, I would not recommend working at Aspirus unless significant changes are made to address these issues.

Pros

Collaborative and good environment. People here really seem to care about creating excellent quality care for rural areas.

Cons

Organization has growing pains. Processes are inconsistent, broken, or outdated and internal communication is not streamlined.

Pros

Traveling Therapists are paid well, full time are not.

Cons

Traveling therapists have a heavier schedule, different patients from day to day, sit in a separate office and in general, are treated with less respect than non-travelers.
