Pros
My direct teammates are great. Aspirus can have a positive community impact and there are incredible and caring individuals who work here. There are some great sponsorship programs for those entering the workforce.
Cons
Aspirus shows a massive misalignment with their stated values. There is a lack of transparency with employees and community members which leads to a lack of trust. Corporate is political and treats employees like they are a tool rather than a person. Concerns are not actively addressed and toxic behavior is allowed to grow. Culture problems are not actively addressed. The pay is not competitive. Communication between departments/business units is not fostered. People do not feel comfortable voicing concerns or speaking up. Expansion is prioritized over increased support for current employees.
