      Vision was exciting, President of the company was very charismatic

      Cons

      Commercialization department was toxic and poorly managed. Mid level to Exec leadership was terrible.

      Pros

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
