      Pros

      Serious great company culture, felt like I really did have support to grow. Could be vulnerable with my boss and not worry it would backfire later.

      Cons

      Sometimes takes time for coworkers to get back to you with needed information, since everyone is understandably busy + different time zones

      Pros

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
