      The people who work there are great. The atmosphere is very positive and management definitely wants you to succeed.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I have come across since beginning employment with Assetmark. Have enjoyed the entire experience and atmosphere of the company.

      Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

      Cons

      -Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
