Pros

Good benefits and talk a good game.

Cons

I'm writing this review because Glassdoor is making me write a review to use their website. Assetmark really sucked because my manager was really really bad but I got the blame for everything. We hired a person to work alongside me and I was relieved because I was working 10 hours a day and weekend to try to keep up. But it was really a rouse to replace me, so I trained my replacement before they wrote me up and drove me out.

Pros

Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

Cons

-Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
