Pros

Benefits are pretty good but the overall job sucks

Cons

The actual call center is a hard job, hard to move laterally/ up in company if you do one bad call.

Pros

Training and the trainers are the best part of AMT…after training, good luck!

Cons

-Call Center environment more focused on the SLA than the employee. -Depending on team lead, you may or may not get the support needed. -Ongoing system issues which are never resolved. -High Turnover
