      Pros

      Decent starting pay. The potential for growth is there, you just have to look for your own path and actually fight for it. Locations are decent too and there are chances to hop between sites.

      Cons

      You are disposable. If the contract is leaving, so are you. Even if its no fault of the staff. The sensation of "Taking care of our own" is not felt when it comes to it. You have to fight for what what is supposed to be given

      I love making an impact in the communities we serve. Helping HOA's manage their finances, improve properties, address concerns and build relationships
