Toxic Culture - Director Associa Employee Review

The company claims to be a work family, however the only family is at the corporate level. Work/life balance dwindled with heavier workloads and reduced benefits. The back office continued to fall short of expectations, while the branch was expected to fix their mistakes and deal with upset clients. It took up most of my time and I could no longer be proactive. New leadership brought a culture of fear and disrespect. High turnover continues due to wages, workload, and poor treatment.
