Associa is a solid industry leading company with a strategic vision and a very bright future. Their services are top notch and they are always looking for new ways to better the company and be as innovative in the industry as possible. I came in to the company very skeptical as I was not necessarily looking for a new opportunity at the time, but after my interview I was convinced that this was an opportunity I could not miss out on. I have really enjoyed my time thus far and believe that Associa truly values the important things in life. (At least to me!) - Career Growth Opportunities – There are excellent opportunities for advancement and growth within the company and the leadership highly encourages employee development. - Welcoming Culture – The culture is backed by their number one value: Family Spirit. The work environment is very friendly, welcoming, and encouraging and everyone is willing to help each other out in whatever way possible. - Exceptional Leadership – The leadership is transparent, inspiring, and very reputable in their given fields. They are also highly focused on the employee and are constantly working to better the overall employee experience. - AWESOME (Yes, I do mean awesome!) Work/Life Balance – This is highly important to me, as I feel it is something that we all struggle with. Leadership understands that we all have a life outside of the work place and as long as you are on top of your core duties you have some leeway in how you spend your time. (Work hard, play hard!)

Work is fast paced, but there is a good balance so you are not completely overwhelmed.
