Pros
There are many pros to working at Associa: 1. The people are phenomenal and the leadership team generally cares. 2. There is a ton of opportunity. If you want to be challenged, it you want the opportunity to do good work - Associa is the place for you. 3. Work is fun. There is never a dull day.
Cons
Associa is not for everyone. There is a ton of opportunity - but there is also a lot of work. This is not an environment for folks who like/need a ton of structure as we are always working to get better and more efficient.
